To add to Hospitality Services extensive training portfolio, we were looking for a nationally recognised training course in customer care that was tailored for the hospitality industry, which was interactive with a balance of theory based information and practical exercises. We sourced Welcome Management which is facilitated by Anne Price .

Anne Price has delivered Welcome to Excellence training on behalf of South West Tourism since 1998. Anne is licensed to deliver Welcome Host, Welcome Host Plus, Welcome Management, Welcome E-Business and Lead Motivate and Succeed.
Anne is also the Master Trainer for Welcome Host and Welcome Host Plus for the South West and delivers trainer briefings for new trainers and monitors the performance of existing trainers under this remit.
Welcome to Excellence is one of the leading customer service training programmes in the UK and is unique is being the only customer service training programme endorsed by and strategically operated by the Regional Tourist Boards. Almost 300,000 participants from customer-focused businesses have participated since its launch in 1993 making it by far the biggest customer care programme of its kind.
Welcome to Excellence is primarily targeted towards the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism sector, although it is also delivered to other service sector organisations.
During her time delivering Welcome to Excellence courses, Anne has built up an in depth knowledge of the Tourism industry and successfully uses this knowledge in case studies, scenarios and offering advice to delegates during the courses.
Anne is a very well respected trainer within the South West and indeed nationally where she represents the South West as a Master Trainer. Anne is incredibly knowledgeable in the subject areas of the courses and delivers the courses with great enthusiasm and energy! Anne Price has worked for the University of Reading's Facilities Management Directorate for a number of years delivering management development training. She has also undertaken some consultancy work assessing development needs and recommending business solutions.
