We see our role as providing you with an extra pair of skilled hands - in a training and HR sense. It is our job is to help you make the most of your resources so you are equipped to meet the demands, which your customers, staff, and everyone else out there makes on your business!
We are adamant that our role is to help you and then leave you in a strengthened position, able to call on us, certainly, and with you utilising the skills we have developed so you can achieve the goals you have set.
Specifically, we can help you by:
- getting to the root of a problem and identifying, and agreeing the training and/or HR need
- developing as tightly fitting a training or HR plan as suits you, your staff and, of course, your budget
- writing the training, HR and coaching materials exclusively for you, or by adapting existing programmes if that's what you'd prefer, when that's appropriate
- bringing our work to you - or a place convenient to you and your staff - at a time, and over a duration which is realistic within your normal working timetable
- evaluating the event/s and reporting on progress and issues, which may impact on your future decisions
All our training events are supported by a delegate pack, which we will have designed and produced to accompany the programme. The pack is intended to act as a guide through the training and as a reference for the future. In addition we incorporate, wherever appropriate, work based projects and action plans so that our training, and your learning, can be immediately applied to the workplace.
Every activity in which we are involved is evaluated by the people who have been on the receiving end of it. These views are taken seriously and will help in the ongoing development of our relationship with you.
